HRI's Rock Program: HRI's Rock Program is a fun, inspirational, and educational music program in which students attend private weekly lessons and play together in BANDS! Through the rehearsal process, students learn valuable lessons in teamwork and collaboration, then at the culmination of each season, perform concerts at local music venues and track songs in a real recording studio. Within their private lessons, students work through the acclaimed Rockschool series of textbooks and exams, taught around the world since 1991. The program give students more confidence, allows them to spend their time in a productive and safe environment, and puts them on a stage where they can feel empowered. We treat the school like a Community Center and our students are welcome to spend time any day we’re open. All Rock School students also have free admission to all of our artist meet & greets, clinics and workshops. They do their homework, collaborate with other students, practice their instruments, or just meet to have fun and form lasting relationships.
Lessons: We provide lessons for guitar, bass, drums, vocals, piano, synth, all reed and brass instruments, as well as ukulele. Students learn music theory, technique, improvisation, songwriting, and a wide selection of songs that will both challenge and inspire.
Camps: Our camps Rock! Over the course of the week, students assemble bands, a set list, rehearse, come up with band names and logos, and perform a show. All proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced, are welcome. For ages 10 and up.
Ukulele Circle: Ukulele is a fantastic instrument to introduce your child to the world of music. In this one hour/week group class, we’ll teach basic chords and technique. For ages 5-8.

Our on staff music pros will guide the band through the process, and when you’re ready, we’ll book a show at a local venue!
